Ryan can be crass and arrogant, there is no doubt about it. But his
bark is worse than his bite on the e-mail. And in person he's easier to
take - even downright likeable, if I may be so bold. Even though no one
is going to give his opinionated keester a diplomacy award, some of us
still love him anyway.
